Victims are a priority and the Tulsa County District Attorney is dedicated to provide them a strong voice in the justice system. A team of Victim Advocates work closely with victims and witnesses of crime to give support, information and referrals to help lessen the impact of being a victim or a witness to a crime. Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler has made it a policy to protest the parole of every violent offender. A prosecutor attends monthly Pardon & Parole Board meetings in person to represent victims and protest parole of violent offenders.

Our Bogus Check Division collects more than $1 million per year in restitution for small businesses in Tulsa County. Click Here here to learn more about our bogus check restitution program.
